Welcome to Greenlaw Guest House in the world-famous border village of Gretna Green, Scotland.Greenlaw is the oldest guest house in Gretna Green and one of the first or last guest houses in Scotland, depending on which direction you are travelling!
Situated 2 minutes’ walk from the train station in the historic Gretna Greenlaw guest house is the largest guest house of the village. The 100-year-old property boasts rooms with free Wi-Fi, free parking, and easy access to the English Borders, 1 miles away.
Each room at Greenlaw Guest House features an en suite bathroom with free toiletries, a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels, a DVD player, and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms offer views of the sea.
The guest rooms at Greenlaw Guest House in Scotland's wedding capital of Gretna Green offer flexibility, allowing us to accommodate families in adjoining rooms or, for example, groups of up to 20 sharing, giving affordable accommodation options as tariffs are per room per night, not per person per night.
All rooms have en-suite facilities and we also have a honeymoon suite with a four-poster bed decorated with traditional Scottish tartan.All rooms also have tea and coffee making facilities, flat-screen LCD TVs with DVD players and Freeview, as well as Wi-fi.
A hearty breakfast, made of locally sourced ingredients, is served daily in the bright dining area and it includes freshly cooked food, scrambled eggs with salmon, continental options, and vegetarian dishes. The guest house retains charming original features, such as an inglenook fireplace in the dining room.Check-in is between 3pm and 8pm although earlier check-ins and later check-outs can be pre-arranged for a supplement. There is also ample free private parking and a key safe is available for valuables.
