Highview self catering holiday home offers a fantastic view of the Scottish countryside. Whether you love to walk, cycle or relax by the log burning stove, this is the perfect spot for you all to unwind after a great day out. We have a secure outhouse that you can use to store all of your bicycles during your stay.

Located a few miles from Dumfries, Lochmaben and Lockerbie. You can access outdoor pursuits, art and cultural heritage, spa facilities, great play parks, soft play and farm parks nearby for all the family to enjoy. This is a non-smoking and pet free cottage and is just beside a working farm and has beautiful walks and cycling routes available on our doorstep.

Highview self catering holiday home has 3 bedroom's (1 Kingsized bed, 1 Double bed, 2 Single beds) sleeps 6 people. Within this house there is a modern fitted kitchen, which is well equipped with an electric double oven and hob, microwave,toaster, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer.  All bed linen, towels, electricity and a welcome starter pack (with the basics) are included.

There is 1 bathroom, with bath and a shower. Within the living area, there is a log burning stove, which you can use throughout your stay. However children need to be supervised at all times as this gets extremely hot. Also there is a TV with Freeview, DVDs playe, magazines and a variety of board games are kept within the cabinet.

highview self catering holiday home The property benefits from 4G (it doesn't have its own broadband) the water pressure can vary as the house is situated on a hill.  There is a spacious rear enclosed garden and smaller front garden with an outdoor area which has a lovely seating area, where you can relax and soak up the tranquility of the rolling Scottish hills. There is a barbecue facility available for you to use during your stay.

Parking is available outside the property, access is via 3 steps leading up from the main road to the paved area at the front of the house. There are a further 2 steps to access either the front or back door.
